Gynae-Endocrinology
Many fertility problems stem from hormonal imbalances. Our gynae-endocrinology service focuses on conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), thyroid disorders, hyperprolactinemia, and premature ovarian insufficiency. Through thorough blood work and ultrasound, we create targeted treatment plans to restore hormonal balance and improve fertility.
Ovulation Induction
If you are not ovulating regularly, ovulation induction uses oral or injectable medications (such as clomiphene citrate or gonadotropins) to stimulate the ovaries to produce one or more mature eggs. Monitoring with transvaginal ultrasound and hormonal blood tests ensures a safe and effective cycle.

What to expect during treatment
You'll have regular ultrasound scans to track follicle growth and blood tests to measure hormone levels. When the follicle(s) are mature, timed intercourse or IUI will be recommended. The cycle takes about 2‑3 weeks.
